As I continue to embark on new and exciting ways to remain part of educational pathways for students, I am invigorated by supporting them through their educational journey. That being said, my latest endeavor is that of College Counselor. I would love to create a customized Action Plan for you or your child. Entering private education has been an exciting endeavor! My current role as a school administrator at Mount St. Dominic Academy in Caldwell, NJ suits my skills as an experienced educator. My role consists of driving academic rigor, supporting teachers as they engage students, contributing to an excellent school culture, curriculum development and supporting the needs of all students. I am proud that in just one year I have expanded curricular offerings in fine and performing arts as well as STEM-related curricula and have created a vibrant Dual Enrollment program with Seton Hall University.
At the center of it all is the empowerment of our students, where we focus on an all girls led Dominican Catholic school. Creating opportunities, removing barrierrs, and building confidence in young women is the most rewarding experience I have had as an educator..
